We have very few places in Pakistan where leadership courses for kids are offered. Kids should be given a structured and realistic environment to practice these real-life skills. Children benefit from the study time provided in school, but it rarely provides them with such opportunities.
Leadership skills for kids are important because they do not suddenly appear when one grows older. It is developed with practice, by being placed in situations where they must think, decide, and adapt by making little mistakes in a safe environment.
With a young population base, Pakistan is in need of individuals who have the ability to think independently, communicate effectively, and take initiative. The children emerging from programs such as this are better equipped than any other type of child for that world.

Each session is unique, and this is intentional.
Each session is intentionally different. One week, children might be working through a business challenge in small groups and presenting their ideas for honest feedback. Next, they are debating a real issue. The next, navigating a conflict. The next, designing a project with limited resources.
Adding some variety keeps them from getting bored, but the main function is that it reflects what happens in real life. The world doesn’t test a kid more than once, and kids who have learned to be flexible in various situations are far more equipped than those who have only been exposed to one way of thinking.
All sessions are based on real, practical leadership activities for kids. That is the standard here.
