Glee Gather wants every customer to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If your robotics kit, book, stationery item, or learning product arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, we are here to help.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your order is missing components or parts
  • The product does not match the description or images on the website

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Reported within the allowed time frame

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used robotics kits, components, or electronic items
  • Books that have been used, written in, or damaged after delivery
  • Stationery items once opened
  • Items bought on clearance sale, special discount, or bundle offers
  • Change-of-mind returns (color preference, wrong item selected by customer, etc.)

3. Return Request Time Window

  • You must report a damaged, incorrect, or missing product within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Any claims after 48 hours may not be accepted.

To report an issue, contact our support team with photos and order details.

4. How to Request a Return

Follow these steps:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear photos/video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Step 2 – Review & Approval

Our team will inspect your request and confirm whether you are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

Step 3 – Send or Hand Over the Item

If approved, you will be guided on how to return the item.
In some cases, courier pickup may be arranged.

Step 4 – Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your request.

5. Refund Process

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Store Credit / Voucher
  • Replacement Product (preferred for kits and books)

Cash refunds are not offered for Cash-on-Delivery orders, unless the product was faulty.

Refunds take 5–10 working days after the item is received and verified.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Glee Gather will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer ordered the wrong product, the return shipping will be paid by the customer (if return is approved).

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid orders canceled before shipment will be refunded within 3–7 working days.

8. Missing or Incomplete Orders

If your order is missing items, accessories, or components, notify us within 48 hours and we will send the missing parts without additional charges.

9. Product Warranty (If Applicable)

Some robotics kits or electronics may come with a limited warranty.
Warranty details (if provided) will be mentioned on the product page.
