Career Readiness & Confidence Club (Age 14+)

Give your child a head start on the life that comes after school. Not just grades, not just certificates. The actual skills, clarity, and confidence to walk into any room and know what they are doing and why

Bridging the Gap Between School and Real World

Most students in Pakistan leave school knowing how to pass exams. Very few leave knowing how to prepare a CV, attend an interview, talk about themselves confidently, or even know what they want to do with their lives.

That gap is not small. It shows up at university admissions. It shows up in the first job application. It shows up when they are asked, “So, what are your goals?” and have no answer ready.

The Career Readiness & Confidence Club is where that changes

This is a structured career readiness program built specifically for school students who are approaching the real world and need more than academic preparation to meet it.

What Actually Happens in This Club

This is not a seminar. Children do not sit through slides about career options and go home with a pamphlet.

Every session is hands-on. Every session produces something. A CV draft. A practiced introduction. A plan. A presentation. Something a student can point to and say, I built that, I did that, I can do that again.

Real Career Exploration

Real Career Exploration

Career activities designed to help students determine their strengths, interests, and realistic career options, before the pressure of making the final career decision.

CV and Profile Building

Students create and edit a CV from a blank sheet. Not a template to fill in, but a document they know, own, and have the ability to update.

Mock Interviews

Students will experience a series of similar interviews.  Feedback will be provided accordingly. Students will learn how to answer questions,  act, and deal with failures.

Communication Skills

Preparation for communications and presentations in many varying venues, from a group discussion to typing an e-mail.

Goal setting and planning

Students practice setting achievable goals, reverse engineering goals, and taking action.

The Skills Students Build Here

Why This Matters for Students in Pakistan

Pakistan’s population is one of the youngest in the world. Students are entering higher education and the job market every year in the millions. And most of them are underprepared, not because they’re not smart or capable, but because nobody offered
them a proper career readiness program for school students before it was too late to lay the groundwork.
Being confident about your future career is not something that just happens when you are 18 or have completed your A Levels. It takes time, it takes practice, it takes feedback, and it takes putting a young person into situations where they learn about themselves and what they bring.
That is exactly what this club is designed to do.
Students who go through a proper career readiness program experience do not just perform better in their first interview. They carry that foundation into every room they walk into for the rest of their lives.

Why This Age, Why Now

Fourteen onwards is when students start to feel the weight of future decisions. Realistic university decisions, subject specializations, and career chats with parents.

It is not that they are not ambitious enough; it’s just that they haven’t been given a chance to think about it properly.

This club provides them with that space, structure, and guidance, and plenty of practice, such that when the real moments come, none of it seems new.

The earlier a student builds career readiness, the more advantage they carry into every stage that follows.

She came home after the first session and rewrote her entire introduction. I did not ask her to. She just wanted to.” Tariq Mahmood, Parent

I wish something like this had existed when I was in school. He is 15 and already thinking about things I didn’t think about until my late twenties.” Sana Farooq, Parent
