Keep Smiling 7921 Glass Liner 21ML Tube is suitable for artists. Used for Outlining before Glass Painting. Available in Golden, Silver, Black and White colours. Un-washable and non-toxic material. Water-based.

How to Use:
Draw the outline of the picture using “Liner” first and let it dry (approximately 1 to 2 hours). Apply colour directly to the inside outline. When dried (approximately 24 hours), lift the comer to remove the entire picture and place it on glassy surfaces.
